How do you keep your fees so low?
As our company model is based around remote offices we do not have the high costs associated with a high street or office based recruitment consultancy. We keep costs to a minimum by working smart without omitting any of the quality and service you deserve and expect from a full service recruitment Consultancy. We do not always get to meet the candidate however a point to note is in most cases an "executive recruiter" will not physically meet the candidate. Depending on the service you choose we will always fully filter, vet, interview and brief all candidates. Where possible we will meet candidates face to face. We have the use of professional interviewing venues close to where our consultants are based and also in Central London. We are rigorous in our selection processes and we do not charge any up front fees*
How are you different from other low cost recruitment service providers?
Unlike other low cost providers on the market we offer a full suite of recruitment solutions. We offer a personal service which is not reliant solely on automated systems. We are not exclusively web based and endeavour to work in partnership with you. In short we offer a FULL recruitment service at a fraction of the cost.
Will I receive a dedicated service?
All clients and candidates will receive a dedicated Talent Broker who will work with you to ensure the assignment is successful. We want your repeat business and with that in mind or Talent Brokers are as interested in customer service delivery as making the placement. We promise to listen, engage and act every step of the way.
Do you offer any compensation scheme?
As we do not charge any upfront costs* we are confident we will find your ideal candidate/s. However for your full peace of mind our services benefit from an exclusive 12 month compensation scheme. If you choose to take advantage of our FFR Service we promise to meet your required criteria within 4 weeks. If we are unable to find any suitable candidates we are happy to rerun the ad for you and work with you to ensure the best possible results. Remember with FFR we have no upfront costs! How do you search the job board databases and place ads?
All job boards work in slightly different ways. Our Talent Brokers are fully trainind in optimised job board searches. These techniques are used in conjunction with many other candidate attraction merthods which ensures our Talent Brokers are quick at finding the right candidates for your roles.

Placing ads via the internet is an art form. We have relationships with over 70 job boards which include major generalist boards and we work with at least one niche board per industry sector. We will post your job only to the most relevant job boards to attract the most relevant and the best quality candidates. In most campaigns/assignments your advert is posted to 40-50 job boards.

What about hidden costs ?
We operate a transparent fee structure which is simple and easy to understand. As we offer a full suite of Solutions we invite you to look at our Solutions Suite. We do not and will not charge any hidden fees. All our fees are subject to VAT at the current rate.
