Exclusive 12 Week Compensation Policy


Expedient Recruitment Consultancy offers an exclusive 12 week compensation policy with the majority of our products. These include:

  • Full Service Recruitment
  • Retained Assignments
  • Headhunting Assignments
The compensation policy is based on a sliding scale of the recruitment fee and gives you peace of mind about the investments that you are making with us. The policy is applicable if the candidate leaves your company within the first 12 weeks.

The policy will be calculated in respect of the leaving period of the candidate:

  • The Company guarantees to discount a proportion of the next invoice as follows
  • Termination 0 to 4 weeks from date of Engagement = 100% less a £50 administration charge.
  • Termination 5 to 8 weeks from date of Engagement = 50%
  • Termination 9 to 12 weeks from date of Engagement = 25%
  • thereafter - no discount
